WARRANTY POLICIES

Every new Echopark Guitar, Amplifier, and Pedal is backed by a lifetime guarantee. We provide each original retail purchaser a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, including any issues with the craftsmanship and part and component failure under any normal playing or handling circumstances. Under warranty, any service, parts replacements or repair work will be done by either Echopark Guitars or an authorized tech.

This warranty does not cover:

- Improper follow-up maintenance. 

- Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

- Damage or failure due to work done by the owner or another individual who is not an authorized Echopark Tech
